People usually think our physics to be much advanced.
But let see around.
We see
different levels of organization of matter,
millions individual galaxies,
millions species of insects,
millions details of near environment.
Today’s physics can not say anything about the character and meaning of these multiplicities.
But the physics of Chapter 1 unexpectedly give us some hint to the answer.
Actually the local dynamics and the general plan of the universe must be taken together.
Only together they form a true physics.
Higher meaning of Ch.2.
In Ch.1 we have a cosmology but a simple one.
This cosmology can not answer the question: Why anything exist ?
A hint to he answer we have using
the notion of local cosmology
introduced in Ch.1.
In this chapter we shall discover
for local cosmologies (as an empirical fact)
a beautiful general plan of the world.
The meaning of this plan become clear at the end of the book.
But yet in this chapter we can use this plan
to point the place of physics
in the whole play of things.
And we can take from this plan some knowledge
that is needed for completness of physics.
