| The Way. PREFACE. The key to Universe – a general view. The aim of this text is the same as the aim of our World. This aim is (for the World, text and me) to appreciate, to feel the last meaning (sense) of the World. In what way? Through the unity of different realms of culture. Why? This is a revelation. Why not a superstition? Because many unexpected consequences: new facts and new possibilities, fullness and meaningfulness of new form of life. The description of above unity is constructed from revelations, old and new, is proved by deriving from it the picture of natural and cultural evolution, is refined and detailed by solving concrete problems. As example I shall take the problem of choosing the correct solution of Newton-Maxwell equations. The solution of this problem will give us new physics with many unexpected possibilities. The different form of refinement and detailization will be united in the last meaning (sense) of our World. This feeling of the last meaning (sense) will be the result of living through all stories that form the text below. INTRODUCTION. 1. The key to Universe - basic revelations. Now I invite you to take part in adventure described in Preface. To do this we must have the detailed description of the unity of different realms of culture. This description must be detailed enough to find here ourselves with all our past history and all future ways to mentioned above feeling of the last meaning (sense). A realm of culture is represented by its basic texts. For those texts we can define a system of first principles (of a tradition) and systems of last meanings (of actors) that generate this realm. The unity is the result of translation of one system of principles and meanings into another one or generation of one such system by the other one. There is a general algorithm for elemental act of translation (or generation). There is a general distribution of those acts and their actors. There is a language (above any realm) to describe all that. There is a technique of reconstructing the unity from their projections. These four revelations are concrete enough to generate a personal history. These four revelations had arisen unexpectedly from nowhere. These four revelations can be proved through generation of natural and cultural history. These four revelations describe the future of the role we had taken. Then we can go from those revelations to any past activity to prove revelations and to dateline them. And can go from these revelations to any future activity to choose the best way. It is the elemental act of evolution. Now this process speeds up through our conscious activity. It is clear that we have here a collective activity. This is the cause why I am writing this text. INTRODUCTION. 2. The concise description of above-mentioned four revelations. 1. The derivation of physics without turning to experiment. This become possible because new ideals and demands that are putting on any science. One of those demands is the symmetric role of causal and anticausal wave and particles. As result, quantum mechanics and general relativity is derived from classical Newton-Maxwell physics. The most interesting output here are many new effects. With some of them we can go out of time and matter (here all realms of culture take part). 2. The derivation of general plan of the World. This become possible after taking for any natural system two most important characteristics: complexity and flow of energy though the system. In those coordinates the distribution of natural systems takes the form of a beautiful picture. With this picture we can do many important predictions and prove them. There are similar constructions for other realms of culture. The most interesting result seems to be determination of the time of the end of times. 3. In sincretic plan of the World any realm is described in its own language. Then the special language that is above any realm is constructed for a plan as a whole. This language is defined through their projections and through procedures of covering that are proved by generating the picture of natural and cultural evolution as it is given by above mentioned plan of the World. Here in principle we can have full knowledge of anything but practically this is limited by our inherent deficiencies. 4. In this plan of the World we have many projections of above-mentioned unity of different cultural realms. With technique p.2 we can construct the unity of realms as a covering on those projections. This objective covering can be modeled and played out in our psyche. In that way we can have a relation to the same higher level that regulate our World as a whole. That is the last meaning of our existence which is identical to the first principles of the future World and so on. In the practice of proving and using these revelations any of them need three others. Here we have a concrete construction for flying to other worlds. The concrete details are the result of detailation of principles though deriving the picture of evolution. INTRODUCTION. 3. The actual definition of the key. The above revelations turn out to be unexpectedly effective. But to work with them we must understand also the procedures of using them. The only way to do this is to live through or play out the stories that form the text. Those stories are related but their order not very important. I shall start from improving the physics because here are my first and most important advances. Then will be the long story of deriving new physics from art, religion, mysticism and stories of advances that needed and that will be done in those realms. Other people can be busy with other problems. They can turn to some of these problems and try to solve them along their logic and with new knowledge from above principles and meanings. As result we would have very valuable working out in detail of those principles and meanings. After this working out in detail we can go from our fallen world to higher world of principles and meanings and through this higher world to may be other worlds below. These procedures must be done for every realm and for relations of different realms. Then those relations will be translated to the realm of unconscious. Then mutual generation of those realms will generate the feeling of the last sense. That is my end goal but I shall start from some more concrete problems along the tactics that was described above. THE WAY TO NEW PHYSICS. Part 1. CORRECT SOLUTIONS OF MAXWELL EQUATIONS. Abstract. The old problem of choosing retarded or advanced, causal or anticausal solutions of equations of classical mechanics will be discussed. I put forward new principles that determine correct form of solutions. Those solutions are different from used now. The correct physics also turn out to be different from today's physics. The new physics and its new effects in usual situations turn out to be identical to usual physics. But some new situations follow where this physics turn out to be incomplete so we have in these situations the most interesting effects. In the next papers I shall construct physics that needed here. This physics turn out to give us many unusual possibilities. 1. Introduction. The laws of physics were derived historically from some general principles and later on were proved and corrected by experiment. But the rule for choosing correct form of solutions (retarded or advanced, causal or anticausal - or some combinations) was taken from our experience: only retarded causal solutions assumed to be "physical". Instead of this assumption I shall take below some principles that determine the correct form of solution. The simplest example of those principles is the symmetry of all four above-mentioned possibilities. Those principles will be described for waves (Part 2), for dynamics of electrons (Part 3), for statistics of electrons (Part 4). In Part 5 I shall discuss the related problem of the determining the correct number of space dimensions. In that way I shall break the vicious circle: theory adopted to experiment that is determined mainly by existing theory. Those new rules generate new physics. This physics has many new effects that in usual situations turn out to be identical to quantum mechanics and general relativity. Then we have here the derivation of those theories. There are here also many very important new effects. But the most interesting result is the discovery of the much greater set of situations that need completely new physics. This seems to be strange: why new physics if our today’s theory correctly describes our experiments? This will be explained in Section 5. Principles of this completely new physics will be deduced in Parts 6-7-… The most unusual feature of this deduction is its going not from experiment or from some known principles but from some features of our basic cultural traditions. The result will be the demonstration of deficiency of mathematics as the only language of physics. It is the third today’s sin beside the trust in causality and in experiments. On any steps of this derivation we would have more powerful physics. At last step we would have the means to go out of time and matter. Here all ancient traditions turn out to be needed. The most interesting result here is the derivation of numbers and geometry from dynamics of art, religion and mysticism. This physics also improve in many ways our basic traditions in the direction of more meaningful life connected with different other worlds. Apparatus of new physics will be important part of those improved traditions. Below I start to describe this long way. The first step will be the removing of some simple mistakes that was done hundreds years ago. 2. Two signs of time or a great mistake of classical physics. Now in classical mechanics only retarded solutions are taken into account because it is assumed that advanced solutions lead to many different paradoxes. But this objection fails for situations where advanced solutions are directly unobservable. Actually, those situations are not something exceptional: as a rule advanced waves and particles are cancelled, turn out to be part of loops (without any paradoxes). The first example of those kind we find in Wheeler and Feynman[1]. Then advanced solutions must be introduced and all consequences must be examined. That is the usual practice in mathematical physics but with two signs of time we have here something new. That is because in mathematical physics we have a tacit assumption: we can study our local dynamics without knowing the dynamics of distant matter of the Universe. But according to Wheeler and Feynman [1] distant matter of the Universe have strong influence on our local physics. Then the same experimental data can be explained by different initial equations with different rules for their solution (and with different response from the Universe). What version can we take? That depend on our esthetic and philosophical preference, depend on prognostic force of any variant. I can only note that our today variant is not the best one because it is adapted only to narrow class of experiments. All that is about two-signs-of-time-symmetrization. But all that can be repeated for two-signs-of-causality-symmetrization. The meaning of these two signs of causality is identical to two signs of change of entropy (increasing and decreasing entropy). Here we have two rules for derivation of Boltzman equation. Many physicists had in mind this possibility but paper below seems to me the first where this possibility is a part of complete theory. I.e. I shall describe for two signs of causality the construction that is similar to one described by Wheeler and Feynman [1] for two signs of time. The construction at first will be similar (later it will be improved) but input turn out to be drastically different. The symmetry of two signs of causality turns out to be “the corner stone abandoned by builders”. 3. How to correct the above mistake. I shall start from usual (retarded, causal) solutions of Newton-Maxwell equations. Then I write down other solutions that are generated by the change of electromagnetic direction of time (retarded to advanced) and by the change of statistical direction of time (causal to anticausal). From those particular solutions I shall try to construct the general solution. It is not the sum of above four solutions because the system of Newton-Maxwell equations is non-linear. Then those solutions can interact. But from our experience we know something only about interaction of usual (retarded, causal) waves and particles. About another cases we know nothing and can assume anything. There is a natural demand on this interaction: the resulting ground state must be stable. I had start from some simple form of this interaction and unexpectedly discovered that there is a one unique form of interaction that ensures the stability of Universe. This uniqueness is an argument in favor of correctness of this physics though it is different from our usual physics. But actually this difference or this new effects turn out to be identical to quantum mechanics and general relativity. And some effects that are not known till now also agree with experiment. But later on I had discovered that this derivation has some tacit assumptions. These assumptions can be removed by adding some new ideals (beside above symmetries) and new demands (beside stability). All that will be discussed in the next papers. That is the natural logic but equations for above mentioned unknown interactions turn out to be very complex yet for simplest case. Then below I shall at first simply repeat Wheeler-Feynman assumption for two signs of time but now for two signs of causality. 4. Why today’s experiments give us only a small part of truth. There is a common saying that the setting of experimental procedures is determined mostly by the theory that we want to prove or disprove. Then we have here a vicious circle that must be broken. In what way? Through principles that are above the existing theory and existing experiments. Example of those principles we have in my ideal of symmetry of two signs of causality with the demand of stability of the whole system with those different signs of causality. In usual situations we have here the same response from Universe as in Wheeler-Feynman two-signs-of-time electrodynamics. Because of this response we do not see anticausal waves and particles as we do not see advanced waves and particles. But in contradistinction to Wheeler-Feynman we have in the case of causal-anticausal symmetry many new effects on usual scales of space-time and energy. We have not these effects in our theory because anticausality is absent in this theory. We have not these effects in our experiments because these effects can be revealed only for special configurations ensuring the existence of anticausal waves and particles. 5. Why we need in physics a new language. Do not think these new configurations to be something exotic. The simple calculations demonstrate the great deviations from usual physics for some configurations on usual scales of space-time and energy. The general features of those chosen configurations turn out to be identical to the conditions that ensure the conditions of existence of any natural system. Then we can not see those new effects in our usual apparatus but have those new effects in any natural system and can reveal them in constructions simulating natural systems. Those natural systems can fight for existence, can generate collective mode of existence with their own languages that are needed here. Then if we assume for initial physics some unknown language, we can follow its evolution till generation of our today’s language. If we equate this calculated language to existing one, we could, in principle, have equation that would determine the unknown initial language. The dynamics here is emotional not physical. It is better to define not the initial language but some ideals and demands that form this language. Now we would have equations for those ideals and demands. I have done this but all that is complex and will be described in a special Part. The most interesting result here is the derivation of numbers and geometry from dynamics of pure emotions. It is hard to explain this result but it can be played out. 6. What must we do to have the correct physics. In the next Parts I shall demonstrate algorithm of derivation of our observed physics from an initial physics through some principles (ideals) and some demands (meanings). The important part of this derivation is the closing up of initial physics on itself through Universe. The initial physics can be derived from some “preinitial” through the same procedure for another form of closing and so on. The general plan of all may be systems needed for those closings I had constructed empirically by taking the language that take into account the main features of natural systems. But later on I have derived this plan from above-mentioned unity of realms. This unity has many projections in this plan and can b constructed as a covering above all these projections. The most difficult problem here is the problem of language. Plan connects different realms but any realm has its language. Then I had constructed different plans for different may be languages and had constructed a covering through ancient mystical technique of dealing with different forms of languages. All that seems to be natural philosophy but actually here are special technique of “coincidence of oppositions” (practically, a mystical technique) that ensure the concrete and unique form of all procedures. That is the long way to a “technical” problem of choosing the correct solution of Newton-Maxwell equations. That is the cornerstone abandoned by builders from Newton till our days.  |
